New courses for 2026 are now open for booking! After taking some time away from teaching to focus on my own studies and several major commissioned works, I’m delighted to announce new Spring/Summer workshop dates.
Do you want to learn how to make stained glass? Curious about trying your hand at fusing? With over 25 years of teaching and making experience, I make my classes both fun and informative—combining expert tuition with a relaxed, creative atmosphere.
These small-group sessions are held in my private garden studio in Bognor Regis, where you’ll enjoy a relaxed, creative environment and plenty of individual attention. Each course is limited to a maximum of three participants to ensure personal guidance and space to develop your skills. These small-group workshops offer a rare opportunity to learn traditional and contemporary glass techniques in an exclusive, supportive setting.
In addition to my long established fused and stained glass courses for beginners I will also be adding a slightly longer and very exciting new course to the studio.
Illuminated Layers: Painting and Fusing in Stained Glass
A brand-new four-day workshop designed for more experienced glass fusers. You’ll create a hand-painted stained glass panel that incorporates sections of glass you’ll make yourself using a combination of fusing techniques.
The new crossover course is ideal for anyone eager to combine contemporary fused glass with traditional stained glass practice. It’s a hands-on, in-depth learning experience — with only two participants per session, you’ll benefit from focused tuition, practical demonstrations, and plenty of tips, tricks, and insights from over 25 years of glassmaking experience.
All materials are provided, and personalised follow-on and mentoring sessions are available for those wishing to continue developing their skills.
