I love making dragonflies.   Using a torch to pull the delicate shape of the body,  each dragonfly  is constructed using multiple layers of carefully coloured glass, the final filigree paintwork is added by hand.   This piece is fired in the kiln multiple times and then encased then encased in a traditional stained glass surround.  Dimensions 23 x 23 cm
