Pricing and Planning
Jan knows that prices are often on your mind, so, during our first consultation we will have a brief talk about what you want to achieve and find the best way in which we can do that in line with your budget. She will then produce some basic imagery and pricing - based on that and, following your approval, she will commence work on your design.
The design process can take some time and therefore at this point you will be liable for a design fee equal to 20% of the final cost should you not proceed to full build.
After a last meeting to cover any questions and make any last changes,, she will start the testing processes needed and commence work on the final build. At this point a 50% deposit to cover material usage and time will be charged with the final 50% due on completion.
The size and complexity of each commission means that timescales can be long, in which case payments are generally divided into three phases to cover testing, build and completion.
