Inspired by the Bamboo Groves of the Far East and the mini Grove in my garden, this lovely little tealight holder looks wonderful as the daylight catches it or with a tealight lit at night. It just catches the peaceful mood of the lightthat throws through young bamboo as it rustles in the wind on a sunny afternoon.
Hand made in my studio in Bognor Regis, West Sussex and made using a combination of flameworked, handpulled, crushed and cut glass pieces. Fired multiple times in the kiln, the results give a wonderful subtle depth of colour and mood. No piece can ever be the same making each one totally unique.
