Gift Vouchers

We sell gift vouchers that are redeemable towards the cost of a course or towards products from our shop.  Please note that these vouchers are not redeemable for cash back and are valid for a period of no more than 12 months from the date of issue.  All vouchers are numbered and personalised.  Please contact us by telephone on 07447 406426 should you wish to purchase a course using a gift voucher.

Course Bookings

Our courses are popular with limited places and they fill up quickly.  Payment for course bookings is due immediately and fees are non-returnable unless we can fill your place.  However, you have a period of  14 days from placement of your order should you wish to exercise your right to cancel.   Please check your diary carefully before you make a commitment.   Should you be unable to attend we are happy for you to send someone in your place.  We can accept payment over the telephone by Debit or Credit card, through our website using Paypal or by cheque or cash.

If, as a result of poor weather conditions (such as the storms of 2013),  a workshop has to be cancelled by us, we will give you as much warning as possible and we will reschedule a date to suit all our customers.  If for any other reason a workshop has to be cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible and will refund your booking fee or transfer you to an alternative workshop.  We cannot accept responsibility for any other costs incurred.

All copyright and intellectual property rights to include our designs, products, images, text and website design are the property of Koru Arts.  Any infringement of these rights will result in appropriate action. We are a member of ACID and our designs are copyrighted.

We are unable to take students under the age of 15 and for those aged between 15 and 18 we would ask that they are accompanied by an adult.


Our product dimensions are given in centimetres and are approximate as all our items are individually cut and assembled by hand.   Each product is handmade and unique therefore no two pieces are identical and colours may vary slightly as glass colours vary from batch to batch.  We cannot accept liability for perceived differences between the website image and the actual product as glass is difficult to photograph, however, we have done our best to display our images as accurately as  is possible.  Our glass can be cleaned using washing up liquid, warm water and a soft cloth.  They are not suitable for dishwasher, microwave or oven use.

We cannot guarantee any of our products as heatproof. However the platters are suitable for use as trivets and the coasters for hot drinks.  All our painted glass is not suitable for use with food.


Products may be bought from us through our online secure e-commerce shop.  Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our studio by appointment only in order to view the products that we have in stock.   Orders can also be placed by telephone (call 07447 406426).   If you wish to discuss commissioning bespoke works, please contact the studio directly and we will be happy to arrange an appointment to discuss your requirement.

Lead Time

Many of our products are made to order and therefore delivery times may vary.   For those items that are made to order lead times are shown within the individual product description.  However, at certain times of the year when demand is high, these lead times may be extended.  If you require delivery for a specific date please contact us by telephone to confirm that this can be fulfilled prior to placing your order.  All items in a single order will be dispatched together and therefore the item with the longest lead time will determine the delivery date unless otherwise agreed by us.

Rights to Cancel an Order and returns.

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 13 June 2014, your right to cancel an order starts from the time your order is placed and is valid until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods.  However for items made to order, these are considered personalised tailor-made goods and cannot be returned unless faulty.  Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email or letter.

You are responsible for the return postage costs of all items returned.
